All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Sometimes we may have to cancel your order if we are out of stock of items which are discontinued. We endeavor to carry stock of all our ranges but delivery times may vary according to goods and times of year.

All prices listed on www.forgeofbeaulieu.com are correct at the time of entering the information, however we reserve the right to change the prices at any time. All products include sales tax.

Our acceptance of an order takes place immediately after the checkout process on the website has been completed, at which point the contract will be made and your account will be charged.

Delivery

We have two different delivery options:

FREE UK Delivery
Standard delivery within the UK is free irrespective of the weight of the parcel on ALL orders above £100.00. A standard rate of £3.95 is applied for all orders under £100.00. Orders are processed as soon as possible and should arrive within 3-4 working days.

Express UK Delivery
We can offer an express delivery service for UK addresses only, with orders received before 12pm guaranteed to arrive on the next working day.

All orders over £100.00 automatically qualify for Free Express UK Delivery. For orders under £100.00 the charge for this is £7.00.

Returns Policy

To return an item, simply post your goods back to us in an unused condition, in their original packaging and with labels on, within 28 days of receipt. Please include your order number, the reason for return and whether you want a refund or replacement.The return address is:

If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 20% of the original selling price from the refund amount. This does not effect your statutory rights.

We will refund the price of the returned item using your original method of payment within 14 days of returned goods arriving with us. Please note we will refund the delivery charge only if the goods are damaged or incorrect.
